A member of the Casablanca Bar since 1978, Mohammed El Mansour is the founder of EL MANSOUR AVOCATS. He devotes the majority of his practice to litigation, representing both Moroccan and foreign companies as well as individuals before all Moroccan courts.

With extensive experience in civil, commercial and administrative disputes, he assists and represents his clients at every stage of the proceedings, from pre-litigation and negotiations through to trial and appeal.

Mohammed El Mansour is also authorised to appear before the Moroccan Court of Cassation.

Ayoub El Mansour, a lawyer admitted to the Casablanca Bar, practises within EL MANSOUR AVOCATS. He represents Moroccan and foreign companies, financial institutions, investors and individuals, providing both advisory and litigation services.

He assists his clients in structuring and securing their commercial and contractual transactions, in implementing and monitoring their investment projects, and in managing their civil and commercial disputes.

Ayoub holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Banking and Financial Law from Toulouse 1 Capitole University.

He speaks Arabic, French and English.
